HOW TO HEAL A BROKEN HEART.

Heartbreaks at their level best can cause deaths and diseases if not well taken care of. Moreless, they can't be avoided. At one point in life they have to come. How do you over come them? Here are some tips :
1.CRY
Crying is healthy. It relieves pressure and balances pulse rate. When you feel heartbroken, lock yourself in privacy and cry your lungs out. It takes ten muscles to frown and one muscle to smile. Heartbreaks automatically makes people frown, crying will bring the muscles back to place.
2.KEEP YOURSELF BUSY.
Keeping yourself busy will prevent you from unnecessary flashbacks which could  stress  you up and affect your emotional life.
3.AVOID BHANGING.
You used to attend parties and clubs together, right? Avoid those places where you can accidentally meet and get hurt more. This will save you much drama and help you to completely heal from the heartbreak.
4.DON'T BE NAGGY
Don't beg him / her back. You might be tempeted to do this as you remember about all the things you did together this  is not necessary. He left you because loves doesn't love you, why should you keep following someone who hates you?
5.DELETE HIS NUMBER
Why do you keep a number of a mudderer? Someone who almost killed you by breaking your heart? Unless you really need it, walk away from the snare. This will prevent you from temptations of beggining him back.
6. UNFOLLOW HIM FROM SOCIAL PAGES.
What would hurt you so much than waiting for someone who hurt you before only to realize that he happily moved on? Take a step and pretend like you don't care even if you do.
7.DON'T DRAG MUTUAL FRIENDS INTO THE BREAK UP
It was your relationship not theirs. Even if they are the cause of the break up, get them out of the blames and avoid using them to bring  you back together. T  Dragging mutual friends will not solve anything but just make you look desparate.
8. KEEP THE BREAK UP LOWKEY.
Don't go posting in social media pages how you are heartbroken. It was a relationship between you and your ex not you and the public.  The public can only sympathise or celebrate.
9.DON'T BE QUICK TO MOVE ON
Moving into another relationship with a broken heart won't help you but cause more injuries. You are still into your ex and thats why you feel broken. How would your "new friend" feel  if you call him with your ex's name? Wait until you are strong enough to move on.
10. DON'T ACCEPT PROPOSALS FROM ANY OF HIS FRIENDS.
No matter how cool and sympathetical they are, keep away from them. Remember not every kiss represent love, and if you are doubting, ask Jesus about Judas. This may equally be a set up to see you more heartbroken, who knows?
11.DISCARD ALL TANGIBLE GIFTS HE BOUGHT FOR YOU.
What is the essence of putting on a watch, ring, or bracelet from your ex?  The mutual feeling that you had had flown away. Don't struggle bringing them them back. Throw away, sell, give out or burn everything. This will help you save your emotions.
12.BE FRIENDLY.
Be friendly to his new friend. Don't throw bad-eyes  to her or start rolling your mouth when you come across her;she wasn't the cause of your break up. Don't involve her in the "lovehate". When you meet him in pilublic places, give a quick wake and don't wait for him to wave back, walk away as fast as you can or quickly ressume to your business.
